Thank you for shopping with Service Coffee & Bev Co / Popsy Creations / The Popsy Bar. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade skincare and cosmetic products.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This policy ensures the safety and purity of all skincare and cosmetic products for our customers.

We may, however, accept returns for unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product remains in its original packaging and condition,
   
• You provide proof of purchase, and
   
• You contact us in advance for return authorization.
   

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thepopsybar@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
