For hygiene and safety, opened or used skincare/cosmetic items are not returnable. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Client is responsible for venue access, suitable power for equipment, and any permits/approvals. Delays beyond our control (venue access, power, weather) may affect service; we’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
